Yoghurtbread with nuts and honey

Juicy and tasty bread with lots of healthy nuts and seeds. Of course for us at Säljans Bigård is that the bread is sweetened with Swedish honey.

Quick and easy to bake!


4 dl special wheat flour

1 dl graham flour

2 dl oatmeal

1 dl coarsely chopped hazelnuts

1 dl pumpkin seeds

1 dl sunflower seeds

2 teaspoons bicarbonate

2 pinches of salt

2 tbsp Swedish honey

5 dl organic yoghurt


Follow these steps to bake this bread:

Set the oven to 175 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Stir in yoghurt and the honey. I gently heat the honey so it liquefies and mixes more easily in the dough.

Line an oblong shape with baking paper.

Spread the dough in the mold.

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.

Tip the bread onto a cutting board and let it cool wrapped in a kitchen towel before cutting into slices,

Tip, this bread goes perfectly with the cheese tray, salad or soup.
