The apiaries

Small-scale beekeeping with great care.

Our goal is NOT to harvest a lot of honey per hive. Only the surplus is harvested to be become sustainable even for the bees.

Honey from Gästrikland with natural flavor variations of nectar from flowers. We throw honey several times in the summer to bring out unique flavors of the local flora in early summer, midsummer and late summer.
