Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. When purchasing goods from the Web shop, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Säljans Bigård within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal due to health or hygiene reasons. The right to repent therefore ends when you break the seal.
3. If you want to cancel the purchase, you must, before the cancellation period expires, send us a message, you must state your name, address, order number and which product is intended.
4. When exercising the right of cancellation, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the item. The item must be returned well packaged and in good condition for the return to be approved. Return shipping and packaging are not reimbursed by Säljans Bigård.
5. When you cancel your purchase, Säljans Bigård will refund the amount you paid for the product including delivery costs to you. When part of an order is returned, we do not pay delivery costs.
6. Säljans Bigård pays back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we received your return.

COMPLAINT

1. Claims rights cover goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the item is defective when you receive your order, you must contact Säljans Bigård as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive the item. State your order number and describe the error.
2. Säljans Bigård is responsible for returns for approved complaints.

4. Säljans Bigård reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product was not faulty.
5. When the complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, Säljans Bigård will compensate you with either a new item or the money back.
