Honey in wax cake is a real delicacy. The honey just as the bees have produced it. Untouched honey/ raw honey/ not thrown honey.
From bees that pollinated Gästrikland.
The bees have produced the wax themselves this year. No added wax partition, only an empty wooden frame was inserted into the hive and on it the bees have made wax and honey.
Everything from the hive can be eaten, even the beeswax.
Fits nicely on the buffet, tapas, cheese tray or just mash and spread on the sandwich.
