A little more sustainable

In a previous post I talked about sustainable consumption of food and that one thing you can do is to eat seasonally. We dive a little deeper into the question of why you should eat seasonal food. And now it's the month of March and what could be good sustainable food right now?

Today we are very happy to see that our bees have survived the winter and are out cleaning flights in the warm spring air. They look completely overjoyed and we are just as warm in the heart to see the little sweet lives again.

Almost EVERYONE in Sweden loves light, perhaps because we have many dark winter months per year. Candles make it cozy in our homes and can provide us with heat and lighting as a complement to electricity. But many candles are not healthy for us humans, nor environmentally friendly for our planet. Not everyone is aware of that, so I thought I would write a little about different types of candles.
